My name is Nym, I reside in deep South Texas. I love listening to music, roleplaying, and talking to friends. I smoke weed daily, and have previously struggled with an addiction to psychedelics.
My favorite hobbies include expressive writing, and cruising in my car. It's kind of a huge waste of gas, but I don't mind. I love making new friends and chatting with new people, even if sometimes I really stink at it. I love playing video games, but don't have a whole lot of people to play with.

COMMISSIONS

• Service Refusal - I have the right to deny service to any person(s) for any reason(s).
• Copyright - I retain the copyright to any all published works. This means I may at any point use a creation for digital prints, advertising, portfolio, and so forth.
• Commercial Use - You may never use artwork created by me commercially. This includes using artwork to advertise a brand name, company, reproduction, merchandise, logos, etc. Should a user wish to use a creation commercially, speak with me before hand or before the usage of artwork.
• Alterations - Commissions come with alterations within the first 72 hours of completion and delivery. Major alterations (changing species, changing design or character) will not be allowed once a commission has been completed. The only exception to the 72 hour rule is if a mistake is made on my end, such as getting a character's markings wrong.
• Editing - You may make minor edits to my work for personal use such as an icon or profile banner. Editing includes and may be limited to cropping, filters, rotating. Let me know if there's something else you'd like to do, that isn't covered here.
• Reposting - A user may re-post a commission received from me. My only request is that at least one social media platform is credited for the work. I typically have an account on every platform, even if it's not listed on my carrd homepage.
• Watermark - Under no circumstances is my watermark to be removed or tampered with.

DESIGNS

• Editing - Under no circumstance can my artwork be edited to change a design, unless it is just text. However, the original must always be readily available, especially in the case of reselling a character. A user may not edit colors, markings, or design over my artwork.
• Redesigning - Creations by me can be redesigned to any extent, for whatever reason at the owners discretion. This includes completely revamping a design, or just minor changes. Once a character leaves my possession, I hold no copyright over it.
• Resale - I have no actual grounds to enforce this, but this is a preference. Please do not resell characters created by me for more than you purchased, if you have no added to their value. "Added value" is typically in the form of commissions or personal artwork in addition to the design. If you purchase a design for $30.00, it should be resold for $30.00 if there is no added value.
• Multiple Forms - If you create a secondary form to a design by me (such as a form in different closed species), all forms MUST accompany that design. You may not turn one design into multiple, just because of multi-forms.
